Netflix and On Demand Not Working

Hello All,

I've been having a few issues with TiVo recently. Netflix is unusable. It works for about 5 minutes then stops and keeps buffering and I now have to watch it on the PC as that still works.

TV on Demand is also not working at all and the Error Code is 6185.

I'm seriously starting to wonder if it is worth paying £100+ a month for this service.

So £100+ per month just for netflix and on demand?

Come on get serious what about everything else?

I didn't come here to argue with you.

Over Christmas my Internet was hit and miss as well. The quality of the services Virgin media offer have been flaky at best. 

If you don't have any useful info for me then don't bother posting mate.

Hi there Daniel182, 

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some issues with both your Netflix and the On Demand service. I've taken a look at things from this end and could see something that would cause an issue, so I've sent some signals to get everything refreshed for you. 

These signals can take up to 24 hours to complete, though the majority of the time they will complete within 2 hours. 

Should you still be experiencing an issue, please reboot the TiVo® then wait up to 15 minutes before trying again.
