Hi we have never been able to play HD on demand whether is a Virgin Netflix or sky cinema movie. It has never worked, however it will always play in normal mode so we have complained previously when you were charged extra but just gave up. Error message 319. Have complained previously with advice to reset box etc but it just doesn't work. Now I have received a brand new Tivo box and upgraded router and the same problem. Starting to think it's a big con and it's not available at all. How about just taking the option off and refunding for the service?
