Is there anybody working on this forum?
My 2nd box has now stopped receiving the channels, it still wont record, pause etc. all the HD channels are greyed out, the catch up and on demand features do not work.
The Tivo box serial number is: C81862461XCHMWJF
Account status in box info says "CLOSED", what the hell is going on with my account?
Please can a member of the Virgin team look in to this and get it sorted please?
I have just signed a new contract for 200 Meg broadband and top phone package and will have no problem cancelling it if this problem doesn't get sorted within 24 hours as this is beyond a joke now.
Cancelled ALL VIRGIN MEDIA SERVICES!
