I cannot connect to internet via tivo

I have reset and tried via settings. Just get a picture of a dog on screen. Second time in a week. Resolved overnight last time

I'm having the exact same problem. Only been with virgin for a week and it has happened twice. In the tivo network settings its saying failed whilst negotiating. Im getting a N17 error code.

I hope this has been resolved but if not please let me know what's happening and what you're trying to use on the TiVo® box that's causing this error code.

Hi Rose. The issue seems to have resolved itself for me at least. I was trying to book the boxing (Haye v Bellew) but all I got was an image of a cartoon dog biting a wire with the message 'no internet connection'. That was when I checked the network settings where it said 'failed whilst negotiating.' with an N17 error code. It hasn't happened since and I managed to watch the fight. Smiley Happy
