How do I correct error code c133? Help on TiVo not working either

I can't use on demand or catch up. Error code c133 comes up. I tried to restart the TiVo box by using the Help option but that doesn't work either. Comes up with the message App Temporarily Unavailable

I've had this issue twice today. Luckily for me taking the plug out for two minutes and rebooting got it working again.
