HD Channels not working

why are my HD Channels not working when I pay a V HD Monthly fee

I'm sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing at the moment, I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the line from our end for you.

 

We're seeing no outages causing the HD channels not to work so I've run some tests on your TiVo box. No errors are being returned at the moment, are you experiencing this issue on just one set top box or all of them?

 

What do you see when you try to view a HD channel?
