Extra box showing on "run a test" screen

We have 1 Tivo box on out account, yet recently I went to the run a test page on the service status page and it listed 2 boxes! 1 TiVo and 1 V+Box. The V+ Box was supposed to be removed by the engineer years ago when the TiVo was installed, it was never collected, nor asked for and is dumped in the loft, it doesn't even power on any more. Am I being billed for this broken box? Also got the old Netgear WRT50G router that was left behind too. Do virgin need these back?

Really sorry to hear you've had trouble with this.

 

I've located your account and I can confirm that you are not paying for the V+ box. As for returning them, you won't need to. Just take them to your local Recycling Facility.
