Every channel has been pixellating for weeks.Waited 10 days for an engineer who changed the Tivo Box and left before checking. Channels now even worse. Have to wait a further ten days. Customer service called and told this was not acceptable. Were promised a call from the area manager of the Engineers within 48 hrs....Nothing. When I went to complain I was just told V customer service would simply email the manager again??? Not happy being taken for granted. Non existent customer service.
9 year customer with 2 Tivo boxes and every channel.
