Hello Virgin Media Forum moderators
Like a number of people recently - by the looks of these forums - I too am getting the error 7402 box.
I have logged into my account online and "run a test" on my TV setup but it says it can't find anything wrong. Can you do what you need to do to resolve this please?
For anyone else reading on here, called Virgin Media on 150, followed through the automated system, spoke to one of their operators and all sorted within 10 minutes. Pretty good service actually!
