Error 7402

I'm a new Virgin Media customer and I have error code 7402 on my Tivo. Please help.

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting error 7402 on your TiVo®.  I'll be happy to help check this out for you.

 

I have taken a look at your box remotely and all is looking great with the signal and power levels.  How are things looking today?  If you're still getting this error, let me know and I can help further.

Thanks for getting back to me. The error message disappeared a couple of days ago. I think it may have been a problem in my area.
