Error 7400

Hi,

We have just connected our TiVo box. We have had it since August but have only just got around to using it and we are getting a 7400 error on screen

You'll need to contact Virgin Media for them to resend the activation signal, or you can wait to see if one of the forum team can do it for you.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo®.

 

I've send an activation signal to the box. Can you try giving it a reboot? Switch it off at the mains for a minute then switch it back on.
