Complaint

Absolute livid just make it easier to contact out of hours.. Letter just arrived today for upgrade dated 16th November but want to cancel as price seems wrong and angry not received letter sooner just not happy at all.. No contact form no email it's the 21St century FGS how do I cancel now when out of time very poor and my compliant really Tivo recording own programs not addressed at all

Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting on the Forum. I'm sorry to hear that you have had problems contacting us about your latest upgrade. 

 

I have been able to access your account via your Forum details and can see that you called in and spoke with a Customer Service agent about this already.

 

Please let me know if you are still having problems with your TiVo® and I can look into this for you.
