Catch-up changes

Hi, why have there suddenly been changes to 'catch-up' options? All worked OK as usual last week but now the options when catch-up is selected on the Home page have changed. Used to have options like 'Today, yesterday, Monday, etc.,etc.,' but these have been replaced by 'Channel, Search, etc.' Previously I was able to quickly find and watch a programme I had missed earlier in the day with no trouble, now I I have great difficulty trying, and failing, to find what I want. Why the change? If it ain't broke don't try and fix it springs to mind.JL

You must have the new software level.

Do you have Series Link or Series Link+? Press Home, followed by 1.

Home > Catch Up > Last 7 Days then you'll get your list of days.

Virgin Media control the sending out of new software levels and it will have happened overnight to try and ensure no disruption to your recording schedule.

My previous response tells you how to find out if you have Series Link+.

Press Home, followed by 1.

Hi, if I do have 'the new software level' it's news to me!

How would I know if I have Series Link or Series Link+?

I'll try your suggestion and respond later but I still can't understand why, or how, it has changed.
