C501 error message

Hi I cannot access my programmes/on demand have checked via remote and service appears OK any ideas please?

I have run a couple of tests on the box and I can see there are some signal issues which could be causing this issue so I would like to arrange for a technician to visit your property to take a look at this for you.

 

If you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen you will see another message waiting for you with further information.
