C130

I keep getting a network availability c130 which prevents me watching on demand I've paid for 3 films witch I've not been able to watch or it stops half way through the film and c130 message pops up I've tried rebooting my box but still having the same issue any help??

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with the Network availability on the TiVo®. 

 

I've had a look at your account and it looks as though the TiVo® is having an issue with it's input levels. We will need to arrange for an engineer to come out and resolve things for you.
