C130 message on TIVO box

I'm getting a C130 message Network Availability when on My Shows and Home options, I'm unable to view various channels since Saturday.

Has anyone had these issues? I've checked and everything is plugged correctly.

First check my virgin media website for problems in your area. If none reported try home-help-settings-network-connec to VM. 

If both no good I'd phone in for help.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your On Demand service and I would like to welcome you to the community.

 

I have been able to locate your account to send some signals down to the box so if it's still showing network availability would you be able to do a mains reboot and let me know if the messaged has cleared please.
