Hi! We just got virgin installed today and have On Demand and Box Sets included in our package. One of the main reasons we got Virgin is for these features..
Upon finding a couple shows we were really looking forward to watching, they dont work.. example.. Supergirl.. Season 1 & 2 It opens up on Sky On Demand which we have included.. but we can only watch the LAST 5 aired shows.. all of season one shows in the list but is not playable..
This happens for everything except for Limitless...
Why isnt it working?

Nothing at all.. there is no Watch option to choose.. just Delete Series Link Add to list Find out more
Boxsets and On Demand is the top reason we have got it installed.. called virgin amd they said it should all be active within 24hours.. been 5 days.. cannot watch them from the beginning season 1. Really not happy.. this would be grounds to break the contract and cancel the service

I have tested this on our TiVo® and I'm able to view all the episodes for Series 2 of Supergirl (Series 1 isn't available).
I have run tests direct to both your TiVo® boxes and can see a signal problem, which could be causing the problem you are having with On Demand viewing. I will need to arrange an engineer for you, so I'll send you a private message requesting more information. Just check the envelope at the top right of this page.
