Box not responding

Hi any known issues re TiVo box not responding, remote and box lights flashing and noise heard also no reponse when using box directly. Mute and volume buttons working but nothing else.

The mute and volume work because those commands are directly to your TV.

If switching the TiVo off and then on doesn't resolve the problem, you will need an engineer to likely replace the box.

Thank you for coming in and posting your experience for the first time, I'm glad that you've already met one of the Community, thanks Ernie_C Smiley Happy


I would like to know if you still require an engineer as I've had a little look and the TiVo is responding well to my tests, with no known issues. The only thing I could see was the TV guide was a little behind on the date, but that's all.
