Box Won't start up

My box won't start up it keeps cycling around the system but doesn't work. Very frustrating - haven't had any problems before. I've shut it off st the mains and unplugged the power and HDMI but not solved the problem - any tips?

I called the helpline - got through to someone after 35 minutes on hold and then another 30 mins he was supppsed to be checking remotely and then basically never spoke to me again on the phone even though the line was open. Terrible customer service.

I'm sorry to hear that the box isn't working and that you had some trouble in getting the issue reported.  I can see that you now have an engineer booked to call round and get this fixed now.  This is great to see.  It would be great if you could let us know how you get on after the visit.  We're here to help if you need us.
