My box won't start up it keeps cycling around the system but doesn't work. Very frustrating - haven't had any problems before. I've shut it off st the mains and unplugged the power and HDMI but not solved the problem - any tips?
I called the helpline - got through to someone after 35 minutes on hold and then another 30 mins he was supppsed to be checking remotely and then basically never spoke to me again on the phone even though the line was open. Terrible customer service.
