I can't get catch up, on demand and can't search on my TiVo?

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this error when using On Demand. I can see that you have an engineer calling round to get this fixed for you which is great to see.

Thanks, it all got sorted. It was because yur system had it down as a v+ box when it was TiVo. Happy customer now. Regards, Phil
