Have you tried via an ethernet cable or is that via wireless?
I'm also assuming that you haven't switched the hub into Modem Mode - if you have then try 192.168.100.1 instead.
If all else fails then make sure the hub hasn't locked up by giving it a restart.

I'm connected via ethernet cable, and have not switched it to Modem mode. The Hub is working fine apart from the fact that I cant access the config pages.
