Re: windows 10

Use IE11 that comes with Windows 10. The change of OS will mean re-registering your device.

Re: windows 10

Hi bluenose1,

Thanks for your post and apologies for the issues you are having using TV Anywhere.

Currently we don't support Windows 10 so am unable to offer any diagnostic advice in this case.

What I can offer is general advice though. Some customers have found using Firefox 3 or above allows TV Anywhere to work. You will need to re register your device though.

Make sure you remove it from anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings first. Once removed you can then re register it.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,
