device registration

I have a new desktop computer and I'm unable to register and watch live tv.

I attempted to register this device in an available device slot but was denied access with the following message:

'Sorry, you don't have any available changes to register this device.'  -  this despite the initial message top of registration page that I had one change of device available.

Now I have no changes until the beginning of next month.

Where, if at all, have I gone wrong?

Re: device registration

Hi david110,

Thanks for coming back to us on this Smiley Happy

We're only able to add 1 device change per month to an account. As we've already done this to allow you to re-register the 1st device, you'll now need to wait until 1st July to add the second. It's not too long now Smiley Happy

Glad to hear things are working for you on the one device now though.

Let us know if you have further issues.

Thanks,

Re: device registration

Hi david110,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's lovely to have you on board with us Smiley Happy

It's worth noting that this is a Community forum and it can take us up to 5 days to reply to your first post. When you bump the thread, it puts you to the back of the queue as it looks as though the post has been answered.

With regards to your issue, what browser did you use to register the device? Make sure you are using either Internet Explorer or Firefox.

I have gone into the account and added a device change for you to use.

Give it another try and let me know how things go.

Thanks,

Re: device registration

Hi Kath,

sorry for the delay in responding.

Thanks a lot for the extra device change. I've used it and I'm now 'up and running'. Smiley Very Happy

I have no more device changes left and would like to get a second registered. Do I have to wait until July 1st for another? (hint hint :smiley wink: )

Cheers for your help.
