Virgin app

Hi 

I have 2devices linked to the virgin anywhere app, all of a sudden It needs registration again . I do not want to change my 2devices it will not let me just carry on. Do I have to delete them and re register? Why?

Remember you only have the option to change one item per month, I'd call in

Hi there 03863280,

 

Welcome to the Community and very sorry about the issue with TV Anywhere.

 

I can see that your two devices are still showing as registered with one remaining change.

 

If this is still causing you bother, I would recommend deleting and then re-downloading the application to see if this resolves the issue for you.

 

As a last resort, I'd then try deleting and re-registering the devices via My Virgin Media.
