Tv Anywhere not logging in on iOS since V6 upgrade

My Tv Anywhere app will not log in on my iPad Air 2 IOS 10. It keeps telling me that my logon is not correct or I have caps lock on, neither of which is correct as I have used exactly the same logon to log on online.

So far I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled, rebooted the iPad, restarted the router and new V6 box (app originally worked with the new box as I have streamed recorded content from it to the iPad)

This is really annoying as the whole point of upgrading to the V6 was the streaming to the app of recorded content.

FYI my second device is an android phone and this works without issue.

Sorry to hear about this timsonr,

 

It sounds like the V6 may need to re-connect with the application from scratch.

 

I recommend deleting and re-installing the app from your desired device while in the presence of the V6, so that this can then locate and connect to the new set top box and re-establish a pairing.
