Tablet Time out of Sync.

I just installed Powerline network. It was very easy but the programme list on my Tablet is one hour out of sync. For example the list shows programmes which are scheduled for 2pm as being at 1.pm.

The tablet is set to the correct time.

Re: Tablet Time out of Sync.

Hi bdw,

Thanks for your post and apologies for the issues you are having.

This sort of thing only usually happens in 2 instances.

1) You have manually set the time on the tablet

2)The time on the tablet is incorrect.

Make sure you have set the time to Automatic GMT.

Let me know how you get on.

Thanks,

Re: Tablet Time out of Sync.

Hi there bdw,

Thanks for your post, and I'm really sorry to hear that you are having issues with your tablet showing the correct times when using our TV anywhere service.

I've moved this post to the TV anywhere boards as one of our specialists will be able to get on to this for you.

Just a few quick questions, could you post what tablet you are using, and what version of the operating system you are using. As this may help with the diagnostics.

Many thanks and apologies again

Huw

Re: Tablet Time out of Sync.

Thank you.

I thought I had the time set to automatic. I changed it manually and the problem was corrected. My tablet does not include an automatic setting in the time and date settings menu so I cannot set it to do this. Looks like an omission by Android in this version of the software.
