Hi there, Just got a new mac book air and tried to log on to Virgin TV anywhere and am having issues with the device not being recognised. I didn't have any issues previously with my older mac book pro. Help?! I'd love to watch the United game in BT sport tonight!!! Cheers.
Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting on the Forum. Sorry that you are having problems accessing the TV Anywhere service on your new Mac Book Air.
I am unable to access your account via your Forum details in order to check what devices are registered
Please make sure Cookies are enabled on your device, otherwise you’ll be unable to register. To check go to Settings > Safari > Block Cookies and make sure it’s not set to Always.

If you would like to get some technical help, please call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other line. Alternatively, go through to Online Chat: http://contact.virginmedia.com/ > TV > TV Anywhere > Chat Online. That way your registered devices can be checked on your account as well as checking the settings on your device.
