TV Anywhere on iPhone

Hi 

I have just had Tivo installed and have installed the TV Anywhere App onto my iPhone. I keep getting the following message:

Invalid username or password.  Make sure you use your full My Virgin Media Username

I know that my details are correct as I can sign into my Virgin Media account with them and we also managed to log into TV Anywhere on our home PC using them.

Any ideas please?

When you say 'just had TiVo installed', do you mean installed today?

It can take 24 hours after you have TiVo installed for the first time before you can use TV Anywhere on a mobile device.

I had my Tivo installed on Saturday, which is why I thought it would be working now.

I am still getting the same message and cannot log into TV Anywhere on my iPhone or iPad.
