I have just had Tivo installed and have installed the TV Anywhere App onto my iPhone. I keep getting the following message:
Invalid username or password. Make sure you use your full My Virgin Media Username
I know that my details are correct as I can sign into my Virgin Media account with them and we also managed to log into TV Anywhere on our home PC using them.
Any ideas please?
I had my Tivo installed on Saturday, which is why I thought it would be working now.
I am still getting the same message and cannot log into TV Anywhere on my iPhone or iPad.
Any help please?
