TV Anywhere Registered Devices

Hi I am trying to watch TV Anywhere on my Mac Airbook which worked OK last week. Now it says 'this is not one of your registered devices' when I try to watch anything.

'Mac Airbook' still comes up in Device Registration...

Re: TV Anywhere Registered Devices

Problem solved by phoning 150 and getting an extra device change. Airbook now recognised again.

NB - this time I noticed a new Flash 'cookie' had appeared in Flash storage. This must be how Virgin identify your device, so either don't delete your Flash cookies or do it one at a time leaving the Virgin one alone so Virgin still recognise your device (not a problem for Sky evidently....)

Re: TV Anywhere Registered Devices

Hi NancyHaigh,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you have been experiencing a problem with your TV Anywhere on your MacBook Air.

Thanks for posting back on the Forum and letting us know that this has been fixed for you.

The Sky Sports and Sky Cinema apps aren't affected by the same issue as they are separate apps.

Please get back in touch if there's anything else we can help with.

Thanks,

Terri
