Sky Sports - you have reached your limit of registered devices
I am losing the will with the service that virgin on the go provides......
I have my iPad registered as a device to watch TV anywhere, but if I try and watch sky sports through the sky sports app it states I have reached the limit of my devices. If I check the sky sports devices in my virgin profile, my iPad does not show, but i do have a free slot which should enable me to register my iPad. I admit that I do not have any device changes left this month, but I actually have a free slot!!!!!! So surely I should be allowed to register my iPad!!!!!!
Any help gratefully received as I am getting to this point of thinking about changing provider as this is not the first problem I have had with this service.
