Have not changed my registered devices for some time and now stating that my Device Limit has been reached when accessing Sky Sports or Cinema. TV Anywhere works fine.
Have used my device change to delete and re add my Macbook Air however still the same issue.
Not been able to access the Sky Platforms for a month now.....
Solved with another call to VM.
Unsure as to why they were unable to fix this a month ago and took all of 15 seconds this time.
Spent more time going through telephone menus than it took to fix oddly....
