Samsung S5 reconnecting

Hi

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 and cannot get the TV anywhere app to work. Constantly get "reconnecting" message. Please advise.

Thanks for your post and apologies for the issues you are having trying to get TV Anywhere to work. 

 

A few other people have reported this to us so I have raised this up right to IT to see if there is anything we can do to resolve this. 

 

Once I hear anything back, I'll be in touch.

Hi DDollar69,

 

I've just seen a tip shared by another user who was having the same issue. 

 

Can you do the following: 

 

Turn of wifi calling: Go to Phone > More > Settings then scroll down and untick Wi-Fi Calling.
 
Try TV Anywhere again. Has this made any difference?
