Registering a device

Hi, I am trying to register my new mobile as a device on TV Anywhere.

 

I think I've goofed up by deleting my previous device (old mobile) on the website using my computer

and then trying to register my new mobile on the computer. I think I should have deleted the device

on the website then registered using my new mobile, is this correct?

 

Now I'm left with one device registered, although the website tells me it's two devices, and I haven't got any device changes left until 1st August.

 

Is there any way around this?

Welcome back to the community.

 

I am sorry that you are having issues with registering your new mobile to use TV Anywhere.

 

When I checked your account it is showing that you have one device change remaining. If you can remove the old mobile from the list within your account, then register the new mobile using that device.

 

Try this and let me know how you get on

Hi Samantha,

 

I have installed the app and have the list of channels etc. When I select a channel and select Watch on ipad I am asked

 

 

to register, when I select register I am told 'Access denied'.

 

How can I register my ipad.
