My device is registered but I still can't watch sky sports
I am 100% sure that my device is registered for sky services, but whenever I try to watch sky sports, I am told that I have already used my device change for this month, which is true, but I removed the other device that was registered, and I have used this device since that change anyway.
I have tried the device which I removed this month, and that gives the same message.
I am yet to try the new device that was registered this month, I will update when I can.
Yes I am using the same browser as before (Internet explorer)

Welcome to the forums and thanks for your post. It's lovely to see a new face in the crowd.
I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue adding your device for use with the Sky apps. The TV Anywhere and Sky platforms are separate and therefore not synced so any changes made to one, also need to be made to the other.
You can manage the devices you have registered for use with the Sky platform by going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports.
I have been unable to reset the Sky platform for you now as I've not been able to locate your account. I have sent you a private message requesting some information. Once I have your reply I can help further
