My device is already registered

Hi, my iPhone is already registered but I had to reset it and now it's telling me I have to register it as it's not one of the devices. I have already had to do this once on the 01/11 so it won't let me change it again. However the iPhone is already registered. I'm ready for leaving virgin as I can't get any help anywhere
