Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TV Anywhere.
I'd like to start from scratch to try and figure out why this is happening. Using a PC or laptop, go to the TV Anywhere website and click on My Profile then device settings. Delete the device in question then delete the app from your device.
Then, re-download the app and re-register the device. I've located your account and I can see you have a device change available to do this. I can then add another device change to replace this once you're done.
