Device registration

Hi,

When choosing the option to register a device, it enables me to register 1 but not the 2nd one, even though I have not registered any devices as yet?

Please can you advise?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having a new face in the community getting involved Smiley Happy

 

Apologies that you've been unable to register your second device. You only get one device change per month so this would have been used up adding your first device. 

 

I have gone into the account and added a device change to enable you to register your second device Smiley Happy

 

Give it a go and let me know if you have any issues.
