Device recognition with Sky sports

I have recently changed one of my devices. I can watch all the channels except for Sky sports. When I try and watch the Sky channels I get a message telling me I have reached the maximum for registered devices and to go back to my provider. But the device is registered, it works for everything else.

Thanks for your post and apologies for the time it''s taken for us to read your post. We're running a little behind on the boards and only now reaching your thread Smiley Sad 

 

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having an issue syncing your devices for use with the Sky apps. 

 

The TV Anywhere and Sky platforms are separate and therefore not synced so any changes made to one, also need to be made to the other. 

 

You can manage the devices you have registered for use with the Sky platform by going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports. 

 

I have reset the Sky platform for you now so there is 1 change to use to add the new device.
