Device Register

Hi,

I was getting ready to watch the City match on BTsport, it comes up this device is not registered, My mac is the only device we use to watch Tv anywhere, so i clicked register the device, it says two are registered and one is my mac.

So i'm looking at the screen which says my two devices are my Mac, still saying its not registered, so i deleted one to re add it and didn't realise when i had this problem before i used up my one register.

I pay for all the channels just so we can watch the football on here and it now says I don't have any registers remaining, for the rest of month, 7 days is a long time not being able to watch BT sport. I only watch it on here so I'm not sure why this is, its not the first time I've had this problem.

Anyone know what i can do?

Nick

Re: Device Register

Hi Nick,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. Apologies to hear you've been having an issue streaming TV Anywhere Smiley Sad

If you updated the browser or the OS then you would need to re-register your device. It's easy to do though so don't worry.

Using a PC/Laptop go to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings. Remove the current registration by clicking on the Delete button. Once you've done this, using the device you are trying to re-register, open up TV Anywhere and log in. Try to stream Channel 4 and this should then prompt you to register the device.

Follow the prompts on the screen and this will register the device for you and streaming will then commence. I have added a device change for you to do this Smiley Happy

Let me know how things go.
