Whenever I try to watch a channel on my phone with TV Anywhere it tells me "Device Can't Steam" and then saying the channel is not available for streaming on this network type.
I am at home, connected to my home broadband, and everything I've read says this should work, so why isn't it?

You will get that message when connected by mobile data.
Please ensure mobile data is deselected and wifi is selected on your phone.
Thanks for the reply but I did already started that I am connected to my home Wi-Fi broadband.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that you are not having any luck trying to stream via TV Anywhere.
Ernie is right here. The only reason this error would come up is if you are connected to a Mobile Data network as opposed to a Wireless network.
Has the device disconnected from your network without you realising? If not, are you able to post a screenshot showing the wifi connection at the top and the error withing the TV Anywhere app?
Can you also let me know what the make and model of your device and what OS it's running on.
