Hi. There were faults reported on this over the weekend but these are no longer shown on the service status pages. However I can't login at all with my current password. It was working until a week or two ago.
Using a OnePlus 2 with Android (Oxygen OS). Phone has been rebooted which makes no difference.

I have been able to access your account and can see that a new Hub has been ordered for you. If you haven't received the new Hub yet, you should do soon. Just let me know how you get on with the TV Anywhere access once the new equipment is up and running.
