My iPad TV Anywhere app has just stopped working. It is now just displaying the login screen. When i try to log in, it tells me that my username and password are wrong. I can log in to the Virgin Media website fine. I can log in to the Sky Sports app using my Virgin Media credentials fine, I note from this Community that others are having the same problem in the last few days. It's presumably some sort of authentication bug but does anyone know when it will be fixed?
I can't sign into TV anywhere, been two days now, says invalid username or password. Bit ticked off as I have several medical issues and don't sleep at night so watch tv on my phone as not to wake rest of the family
Same here. Cant log in on my iphone or ipad. Keeps saying my password is incorrect. Wont let me change it. It's been like this for about 4 months now and no progress. Checking the "service status" thing is useless. I run the "test" which gets up to around 32% complete then a screen appears saying that it should be sorted within 10 minutes and to be patient.
It is really frustrating and it's getting to the stage where I'm considering changing TV provider for the 2nd time this year after being screwed over a few months ago.
