Woeful speed area 31

What's going on? I have to run a diagnostic test every single day. Speeds drop to between 1 and 3mbps. I'm paying for 50. Can someone from Virgin explain why I'm paying for a service I'm not getting.

I have same thing in Area:21

Paying for 100mbps getting under 10mbps

I called up and apparently my area have something wrong with high level of gamers... and its going to be fixed by 29 march 0_o...

I told them I have slow internet from last 3 weeks and can I get some discount since im not getting speed im paying for, she said I will only get discount from todays day till next month 7 pounds off... that is less then 30% of what im paying after getting speed lower 10 times...

Just browsing the forum seems to suggest that most areas have the same problem.

Sorry to hear that you're currently experiencing low speeds. I'm disappointed to confirm a fault in your area under ref: F004395464 which is due to be reviewed on the 29th March. As I'm sure you're aware, this fault can be responsible for reducing speeds, specially during peak time hours (evenings and weekends). We will need to complete network upgrades to resolve this.
