Got one just the same! You don't live in area 24 do you? I have a contention issue number and will be credited till it is resolved I would suggest sending a pm to whoever started your credit. Unfortunately it won't solve the issue but you will be slightly less for a lot less

My apologies that you are experiencing issues with your broadband connection.
I've run some checks on your broadband connection, the line and the hub have come back as fine which is good. However high peak time traffic in your area is causing the slow speeds you have been experiencing. Our networks team are investigating the problem and are improving bandwidth and performance to help with this issue. The reference number is F004840155 and with a review date of 29th March.
