Re: Speed update

log into superhub - 192.168.0.1 - DON'T SIGN IN, click router status  - and post the downstream and upstream figures and the config

again are you testing wired or wireless

Re: Speed update

levels are good and regardless you are still on 50meg - thats shown in the config file

onfig File
Primary Downstream Service Flow
SFID 385340
Max Traffic Rate 57600000 bps

thats 50meg

you need to give retentions a ring - they should be able to sort it - should all happen whilst you are on the phone to them

dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - you are thinking of leaving us - dont worry about that they do much more - open 'till 8pm - 6pm on saturdays - closed sunday and the plus is its a UK call centre

Re: Speed update

Hey Jeff,

Hope you're well Smiley Very Happy

Thanks for your post, I can see you've had great support from Tony.

I've just checked your connection and I can see that you're now subscribed to the 70Mb package. What speeds are you getting when you perform a test now?

If you need anything else, please just ask.

Catch you soon,

Take care.

Re: Speed update

what device are you testing with

have you rebooted the SH - turn it off and back on - leave it off a couple of minutes

post the config - see if that says 55 or 70
