Speed Issue Vivid 200

Happy New Year to everyone.

Been on Virgin Vivid 200 for a while now and have been very pleased so far, however over the last month my speed has been erratic to say the least, my area is 22

I have a cat5 wired connection on a Superhub 2ac and my Speed test have always been around 200-215mb, recently its been ranging from 50mb to 90mb and I have had a few crashes from the router.

Could someone please tell me how to post router logs.

Area 22 also and I have been asking for help on download issues.  Router logs can be posted by logging to your Superhub at 198.162.0.1.

Something's amiss with your upstream by the looks of it. The power level looks way too low for my liking.

Just done some speed tests and still a bit inconsistant Speedtest.net seems to change the server nearly every test, Maidenhead seems to come and go, but always gives a good speed.

Server is depending on which gives the better ping unless you manually select a server of choice.
