Something is wrong....

Im getting full broadband speed at peak time on a Friday evening. Its not right....

VM do fix things, it just takes time.




Also could just be a massive power outage effecting most the customers on your line, just not you. Or a magic spell. Or everyone is fed up and gone to BT/Sky, and releasing the bandwidth for the people who remain.


Who knows until VM comment.

Apologies for the increased broadband speeds at peak times, I'll do my best to help with this.
It would seem that you are affected by fault ref: Co:Ng:Es:TiO:nF:iX:eD which has a current review date set for 24/11/2020. We'll be sure to keep you updated on how this progresses but do let us know if you have any further issues you'd like us to help with.
