So fed up of this!

Spoke to Virgin recently and they have an open ticket from September to come and put more cable in, the Internet is soooooo slow and it's driving me insane! They tell me it's being fixed on 30/11 but I'm not going to hold my breath, Ive had to top up my phone data twice because otherwise I can't use the Internet, so annoyed!
