Slow internet - ca 3mb download speed - Area 21

Hello

 

My internet peaks at around 3mb download speed at the moment, even outside peak times.

 

Does anyone have any ideas what the issue could be and how to resolve it? It's been on going for a few months and when I called Virgin Media, they claimed to be changing some things on their end but it hasn't helped. I've regularly tried resetting the router etc.

I've located your account and I can see an issue with the network in your area affecting speeds at peak times - Ref.(F003933493). Our technicians are working to get this resolved and have set a review date of 29th March 2017.

 

I've also picked up an issue with your Downstream Power levels that will need to be adjusted by a technician. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange an appointment.
