Hi, I have been having issues with my connection for over a year. I have been getting a discount for thus but it has now been taken off and the speeds are even worse than ever. On my 100mb connection, the highest I get is about 14mb on various speed tests including virgin own. Anyone from virgin care to comment?

I've taken a look at your connection, the high peak time traffic fault in your area is still ongoing with a review date of 26th April. I also noticed the downstream power levels are too low and as this will also have an impact on your connection, I would like to arrange an engineer appointment.
